The prices included in the detailed estimate are based on market surveys and daily updated online resources, but we encourage our clients to customize unit prices according to local labor and supplier preferences.
The estimated trades will be explicitly mentioned in the detailed proposal. Any missing trade or item not specified in the project scope agreement should be considered an exclusion.
We cover all construction trades including Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), and Millwork depending upon the client's specifications.
Our material takeoff is compiled directly from scaled PDF architectural and engineering drawings provided by the client unless otherwise noted.
Filling out specialized bid forms, architectural drawing revisions, or additional scope addenda after submission will be quoted and charged separately.
Payments are processed securely online via Credit Card, Debit Card, or PayPal. Terms require a 50% deposit upon proposal approval and 50% prior to final takeoff file delivery.
We aim to build long-term business relationships. Our rates are up to 50% lower than standard market overhead, delivering exceptional value to our clients.
We claim a 98% accuracy guarantee with a refund policy in case of any verified takeoff errors. If a client points out an actual discrepancy from the provided drawings, a refund or correction is applied immediately. Missing drawing sheets not provided in the original package do not qualify for a refund.
